Apple Toffee
A tasty sweet that can be easily prepared at home. A melt in the mouth delicacy that required very few ingredients. unique and tasty with the milk powder mixture cut and shaped in the form of apples.
Ingredientsfor 3 servings
- 11/4 cup Milk powder
- 3/4 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Coconut — grated
- 2 tbsp Ghee
- Cashewnuts, a few
- Cloves, as needed
Preparation
Step 1
For preparing Apple Toffee, place sugar and water just enough to dissolve the sugar in a pan.
Step 2
Boil, till it reaches one thread consistency.
Step 3
Add a cup of milk powder to it and give it a good stir.
Step 4
Add colour and Stir everything together thoroughly.
Step 5
When it becomes dry, add ghee.
Step 6
Add nuts and coconut and Stir everything together thoroughly again.
Step 7
Turn off the heat.
Step 8
Add the remaining milk powder and Stir everything together thoroughly.
Step 9
Allow it to cool.
Step 10
Make small balls off the above mixture.
Step 11
Shape them into that of apples.
Step 12
Poke a clove at the tip of the shaped Apple Toffee to get an "APPLE LOOK".
