Apple And Dates Pudding

- Dates : 10 nos
- Apple : 2 nos (medium chopped
- Milk : 1 tsp
- Butter : 1 tsp
- Honey : 1 tsp
- Biscuit powder :1 tsp
Preparation

Remove the seeds from the dates and cut into small pieces. In a bowl put the chopped apple, dates and honey.

Stir everything together thoroughly.

Mix butter and biscuit powder with some milk in another bowl.

Mix this with apple and dates.

Stir everything together thoroughly and keep it in the fridge for ½ an hour and serve.

Let the dish rest for a few minutes after cooking. Flavours settle and meld during this time, and the texture often improves.
