A Healthier Dosa
A tasty and healthy breakfast. It is easy to digest and prepared easily.
Ingredientsfor 8 servings
- 21/2 cup Idly rice
- 1 cup Whole urad dal with skin
- 1 Tblsp fenugreek (uluva)
- 2 Tblsp Cooked rice
Preparation
Step 1
Soak and grind the ingredients separate. Stir everything together thoroughly and ferment. Before you make dosa add 2 tbsp of milled flax seeds.Flax seeds are high in omega 3 fatty acids.
Tip
Spread the batter in a quick circular motion from the centre outward. Do not go back over areas you have already spread.
