Vegetable Ball

Ingredientsfor 4 servings
- 1 cup Rice flour
- 5 nos Onion chopped, small size
- 2 nos Green chillies
- 1 small Ginger — chopped
- 1/4 tsp Pepper powder
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 1 pinch Baking soda
- Salt, to taste
- Oil to deep fry
Preparation
Step 1
In a spacious mixing bowl, and add all the dry ingredients.
Step 2
Next, add the chopped vegetables.
Step 3
Add the milk and make a dough (as in chappathi's consistency) and set aside for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Make it into small balls and fry in hot oil in oil till it goes golden brown.
