Ingredientsfor 2 servings
- 1 cup Coconut — grated
- 2 - Green chillies
- 6 nos Shallots (Kunjulli)
- 2 tsp Coconut oil
- Salt, to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Grind coconut and green chillies till coarse.
Step 2
Add chopped shallots and grind well (should not be too smooth).
Step 3
Add salt and coconut oil.
Step 4
Goes well with dosas.
Step 5
Use dry red chilly or chilly powder instead of green chillies to get a different taste and color.
