Tender Mango Chutney(Kanni Manga Chutney)
Spicy and easy kanni manga chutney to go with rice or kanji or idlis.
Ingredientsfor 6 servings
- 1 nos Tender mango — cut into small pieces, medium sized
- 6 - Shallots peeled and — cut into two, kunjulli
- 8 - Red chillies — roasted (Kollamulaku)
- 3 - Curry leaves
- Sugar A pinch
- Salt, to taste
- 1 tbsp Water
- 1 tsp Coconut oil
Preparation
Step 1
Grind together all the ingredients(except coconut oil) in a mixer grinder.
Step 2
Add coconut oil in the end for taste.
Step 3
Can add a piece of ginger, if required.
Step 4
Goes well with rice or idlis or dosas.
