Tasty Banana Balls

Ingredientsfor 3 servings
- 2 nos Ripe bananas peeled and — mashed
- 1/4 cup Semolina/rava
- Jaggery powdered, Sharkara
- Salt, to taste
- Ghee To deep fry
Preparation
Step 1
For preparing Banana balls, mix together all to form a soft dough.
Step 2
Divide into small balls and fry in hot oil to a golden color in hot ghee.
Step 3
Drain thoroughly and serve either hot or cold.
Step 4
Banana balls are ready.
Tip
Fresh curry leaves make a genuine difference. Dried curry leaves are a poor substitute — if you cannot get fresh ones, increase the quantity and fry them longer.
