Sweet Watermelon Salsa

Ingredientsfor 4 servings
- Watermelon : 3 cups
- Onion : ¾ cup
- Vinegar : 2 tsp
- Chillies : 2 nos
- Salt : ¼ tsp
Preparation
Step 1
Remove the seeds and chop the watermelon.
Step 2
Chop the onions.
Step 3
In a bowl add the watermelon and onions.
Step 4
Chop the chillies.
Step 5
Add the chillies, vinegar and spinkle salt.
Step 6
Toss it and serve.
Tip
Ghee quality matters enormously in traditional sweets. Use homemade ghee if you can — the flavour is incomparably richer.
