Sweet Banana Cutlet

Ingredientsfor 6 servings
- 3 Ripe banana
- 1/2 cup Coconut
- 4 Cashew nuts
- 1 tsp Ghee
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 1 cup Bread crumbs
- 1 Egg
Preparation
Step 1
Steam cook the ripe banana until done.remove its skin and mash it well.
Step 2
Heat ghee in a non stick pan.
Step 3
Add grated coconut and chopped cashew nuts.cook for about 3-4 minutes.
Step 4
Add mashed banana and sugar into it.
Step 5
Mix it well with a spoon.
Step 6
After cools down make balls out of it and flatten it with your greased hand in to round shape.
Step 7
Get the bread crumbs and egg in two seperate wide bowls to dip and dip these flatten balls in egg by one hand and coat it in the bread crunbs by other hand.
Step 8
Fry it in the hot oil until both sides a nice brown color.
Step 9
Now its ready to serve the sweet banana cutlet.
Tip
When working with jaggery, always melt and strain it first. Even the best quality jaggery has some grit that needs to be removed.
