Sprouted Green Gram With Veggies Salad
Sprouted green gram mixed with chopped pineapple, cabbage and other ingredients.
Ingredientsfor 2 servings
- 2 tbsp Sprouted green gram
- 1/2 cup Pineapple chopped into small pieces
- 2 tbsp Cabbage chopped into small pieces
- 1 nos Tomato — cut into cubes
- 1 nos Onion — cut into cubes
- 2 nos Green chillies — chopped
- Salt, to taste
- 1 tsp Lime juice
Preparation
Step 1
Pressure cook the sprouted green gram with salt.
Step 2
Mix together sprouted green gram, tomato, onion, pineapple, cabbage and green chillies. Sprinkle salt if required.
Step 3
Add lime juice before serving.
Tip
Hard-boil the eggs first, then make shallow cuts on the surface before adding them to the gravy — this lets the masala flavour penetrate inside.
