Spicy Bread Roast

- 1 Pack Bread
- 3 nos Egg
- 3 nos Green chillies
- 11/2 cup Onion
- Curry leaves, to taste
- Salt, to taste
Preparation
Step 1
For preparing spicy bread roast, grind the ingredients: egg, green chillies, onion, curry leaves and salt.
Step 2
Dip the bread slices in this mixture.
Step 3
Fry both sides in ghee. Serve hot.
Tip
The final handful of curry leaves should go in right at the end, off the heat — they should crackle and crisp in the residual heat.
