- Water melon : 1 cup (coarsely chopped
- Orange slices : 5 nos
- Mint leaves : 4 nos
- Honey : 1 tsp
- Salt : a pinch
Preparation
Step 1
In a blender add all the ingredients. Take out the seeds before adding in to blender.

Blend well. Add very little water if necessary.3) Pour it in a serving glass.
Step 3
A very nice summer drink to try out. :- Water melons are rich source of vitamin A and Vitamin C.
Tip
Do not rush the onion and shallot frying. The difference between pale onions and properly browned onions is the difference between a flat dish and a flavourful one.
