- 1, I Any big fish ayala
- 1/2 Onion
- 1 Green chilly
- 5 Pods Garlic
- 1/4 tsp Lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp Chilly powder
- Turmeric powder a pinch
- Salt, to taste
- Curry leaves, to taste
- Oil to fry
Preparation
Step 1
Grind onion, green chilly and garlic together.
Step 2
Marinate the fish in the onion paste, chilly powder, turmeric powder, salt, lemon juice and curry leaves.
Step 3
Fry it in oil in a nonstick pan.
Step 4
Serve it hot.
Tip
The final handful of curry leaves should go in right at the end, off the heat — they should crackle and crisp in the residual heat.
