Quick And Easy Chicken Curry (Step By Step Photos)

Ingredientsfor 5 servings
- 500 g Chicken
- 4 Onion
- 3 Pc Tomato
- 1/2 inch Ginger
- 4 Green chilly
- 5 Pods Garlic
- 3 tsp Chilly powder
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- Salt, to taste
- 1 tsp Kashmiri chilly powder
- 1/2 tsp Garam masala
- 2 tsp Coriander powder
- Coriander leaves, to taste
- Oil, to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Heat the oil in a vessel and cook onion with salt in it.
Step 2
Add green chilly, garlic, ginger and tomato. cook again.
Step 3
Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, chilly powder, salt, garam masala and chicken.Stir everything together thoroughly and pour water as needed. Let it boil.
Step 4
Add coriander leaves as needed and take it from flame.
Step 5
Serve it hot.
Tip
Marinate for at least 30 minutes if you can — the spices penetrate deeper and the chicken stays juicier.
