Prawns Fried In Oven
The smell of prawn cooking in coconut oil with curry leaves is the smell of every fishing village kitchen in Kerala. Quick to cook, deeply satisfying, and always served with hot rice.
Ingredientsfor 2 servings
- Prawns 5 or 6 in numb
- Lemon half
- Pepper powder 1 tsp
- Chilly powder 1 tsp
- Green chilly 2
- Ginger a small piece
- Garlic 2
- Butter, to taste
Preparation
Step 1
We should clean the prawns and enter a tooth pick inside the prawns.then grind ginger,garlic and green chilly. Then mix all the ingredients with the prawns.

Then put little butter on it and keep in oven for about 10 to 15 mint.or as needed (we should check it,in every 6 to 8 mint).

Never stir a fish curry with a spoon. Shake the pot gently to coat the pieces — stirring breaks them apart.
