Potato Deep Fry

Ingredientsfor 3 servings
- 2 nos Potato round shapes
- 1 cup Gram flour Kadala mavu
- Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
- 1 tsp Chilly powder
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- Salt, to taste
- Soda powder A pinch
Preparation
Step 1
For preparing potato fry in hot oil, mix all ingredients except potato, with required water to make a thick batter.
Step 2
Dip potato in it and fry in hot oil it in oil.
Step 3
Potato fry in hot oil is ready.
Tip
The final handful of curry leaves should go in right at the end, off the heat — they should crackle and crisp in the residual heat.
