Polla Mulaku Fry

- Polla mulaku, a few
- 1 cup Curd
- Salt, to taste
- Oil — for frying
Preparation
Step 1
For preparing polla mulakku fry, first make slits on whole mulaku.
Step 2
Marinate it with curd and salt for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Heat pan, pour the mixture and boil the mulakku.
Step 4
When curd gets evaporated and coated in chillies, add oil and fry in hot oil it.
Step 5
Polla mulaku fry is ready.
Tip
The final handful of curry leaves should go in right at the end, off the heat — they should crackle and crisp in the residual heat.
