Piza Dosa
It is a nice dosa with wheat and vegetables.Kids will love this a lot.It is a healthy dosa for school going children.
Ingredientsfor 1 servings
- 1/2 cup Wheat flour
- 1 Egg
- 1 Onion
- 1 Tomato
- 4 Green chilli
- 4 Coriander leaves
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 cup Water
Preparation
Step 1
Get wheat flour and chopped onions in a bowl.
Step 2
Add 1 egg tothis mix and beat it well with a spoon.
Step 3
Add green chillies,tomatoes,coriander leaves and salt mix all well for 2 minutes.
Step 4
Place a dosa pan over stove pour 1 spoon of batter into tawa,Let it cook for 2 minutes.
Step 5
When one side of dosa cooked,turn to other side with a spatula.
Step 6
When it is cooked put into a plate and serve with white chutney.
Tip
Hard-boil the eggs first, then make shallow cuts on the surface before adding them to the gravy — this lets the masala flavour penetrate inside.
