Peanut Masala Easy
Snack- Roasted peanuts with tomatoes,herbs,lemon juice and chaat masala.
Ingredientsfor 4 servings
- 1 cup Peanuts roasted unsalted
- 1 nos Tomato seeded and — finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp Green chilly seeded and — finely chopped
- 1 nos Onion finely chopped, small size
- 2 tbsp Coriander leaves — finely chopped
- Kashmiri Chilly powder a sprinkle
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Chaat masala
- Oil for glazing
Preparation
Step 1
Sprinkle chilly powder over the coriander leaves.
Step 2
In a deep bowl combine onion, tomato, green chilly, chaat masala with the peanuts.
Step 3
Add coriander leaves with chilly powder and add required salt.
Step 4
Add lemon juice and drizzle oil for glazing and toss well.
Step 5
Serve right away alone or on top of broken pappads.
Tip
Fresh curry leaves make a genuine difference. Dried curry leaves are a poor substitute — if you cannot get fresh ones, increase the quantity and fry them longer.
