Passion Fruit Punch
A traditional preparation from Kerala that balances flavour, texture, and aroma in the way that only home cooking can. No two households make it exactly the same, and that is the point.

- 2 Or Passion fruit
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1 cup Cold water
- Ice cubes if required
Preparation
Step 1
Get passion fruit. I took only 2.
Step 2
Cut this and transfer the pulp with a spoon to a juicer. No need to remove seeds.
Step 3
Drop in sugar and water. Blend for 2 minutes.
Step 4
Filter it and transfer this to a glass.
Step 5
Now it is ready to serve with or without ice.
Tip
Let the dish rest for a few minutes after cooking. Flavours settle and meld during this time, and the texture often improves.
