Paneer Paalak

- Paalak
- Butter
- 1 - Tomato
- Garlic
- Chilly powder A pinch
- Turmeric powder A pinch
- Onion
- 1 - Green chillies
Preparation
Step 1
First boil the paalak. Drain the water from the paalak.
Step 2
Grind the paalak, tomatoes, chilly powder, turmeric powder, green chillies and a little butter after paalak has been mixed well.
Step 3
Fry the paneer a little and to this add the palak mix.
Step 4
Season with salt and butter.
Step 5
After the whole thing comes to boil, add a piece of butter on the top.
