Padavalanga Thoran(Snake Gourd)

- Snakegourd(chopped)100gm
- 1 tbsp Coconut powder/scrapped
- 2 Greenchilly

Step 1
Let the mustard seeds crackle,add samll onion,red chily,jeerakam,crushed ginger,curry leaves and cook well Add chopped snake gourd,coconut,greenchilly,turmeric powder and salt. Add a little water(just to cook).Cover with lid and cook for 5 to 6 minutes in medium flame.
Tip
The pan should be completely dry when you finish — no moisture should remain. That dryness is what gives thoran its characteristic texture.
