Oreo Shake - Choco Biscuit Shake
Quick to blend, impossible to stop at one glass. This drink is a staple across Kerala homes, especially during the summer months when the heat demands something cold and reviving.
Ingredientsfor 4 servings
- Oreo Vanilla sandwich Biscuit : 2 packets (can — also use any other dark chocolate biscuit with vanilla cream)
- Cold Milk : 1 glass ( 200 ml
- Frozen Milk : 2 ½ glass ( 500 ml
- Sugar : 7 tsp (or as reqd
Preparation
Step 1
Dip the biscuits in cold milk and set aside for 3 minutes.

Transfer this to a Juice mixer and Stir everything together thoroughly.
Step 4
Add frozen milk into this (frozen milk to be broken into pieces for easy mixing).

Mix / grind it well till it becomes a fine-thick paste.

Add half glass water, together with sugar.
Step 8
Stir everything together thoroughly.
Step 9
Oreo / choco biscuit Shake is Ready.
Tip
Coconut oil is the default cooking fat in Kerala kitchens. It adds a depth of flavour that other oils simply cannot match in these recipes.
