Oats Soup
A light, warming broth seasoned with black pepper and curry leaves. This is not the kind of soup that tries to be a meal — it is the kind that settles the stomach, clears the head, and warms you from the inside.
Ingredientsfor 1 servings
- Oats : 1 tsp
- Milk : 1 cup
- Salt, to taste
- Onion : 1 no
Preparation
Step 1
Set a pan on the stove, add few drops of oil and cook onion.
Step 2
Add the mint leaves and garlic and sauté.
Step 3
Set aside.
Step 4
In the same pan add the oats and fry for a minute.
Step 5
Add milk and salt and let it cook.
Step 6
When it comes to thick consistency add the sauted mixture.
Step 7
Let it Let it cook for 2 minutes.
Step 8
Transfer to a bowl and serve hot.
