Oats Dosa For Kids
Crispy on the edges, soft in the middle — this oats dosa for kids is a breakfast staple across Kerala. The batter comes together quickly and the dosa cooks in under a minute on a hot tawa.
Ingredientsfor 2 servings
- 1/2 cup Oats
- 2 tbsp Carrot — grated
- 1/2 Of Tomato — chopped
- Ghee, to taste
- Salt, to taste
Preparation
Step 1
For preparing oats dosa, first powder oats.
Step 2
Mix oats with hot water, salt, carrot and tomato to form a batter.
Step 3
Heat tawa and pour the batter.
Step 4
Spread the ghee on sides and cook.
Step 5
Oats dosa for kids is ready.
Tip
The pan must be properly hot before you pour the batter. Sprinkle a few drops of water — if they sizzle and evaporate immediately, the temperature is right.
