Nellikka(Gooseberry) Juice

- 1/4 kg Gooseberries Nellikka
- Ginger A small piece
- Salt, to taste
- Water, to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Cut gooseberries into small pieces and remove the seeds.
Step 2
Place it along with ginger and salt in a blender.
Step 3
Grind the above adding enough water.
Step 4
Get the ground mixture and strain it.
Tip
Do not rush the onion and shallot frying. The difference between pale onions and properly browned onions is the difference between a flat dish and a flavourful one.
