- 2 Amla/Nellikka
- 1 Cup,grated Coconut
- 3 Chilly
- 3 Shallots
- 3 Garlic
- 1/2 tsp Red chilly powder
- Curry leaves little
- Salt, to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Remove the seeds from the nellikka.Grind the coconut nicely with nellikka,shallots,garlic,green chilly,chilly powder,curry leaves and salt.

Nellikka chammanthi is ready to serve.
