Ingredientsfor 3 servings
- Rava : 1 glass
- Kismiss : a, a few
- Cashew : a, a few
- Ghee : 3 tsp
- Sugar : 6 tsp
Preparation
Step 1
Roast rava in a pan till a brownish colour is achieved.
Step 2
Meanwhile heat ghee in a kadai and fry kismiss and cashew.
Step 3
Mix it with the roasted rava.
Step 4
Thari podi ready.Note : Mix sugar just before serving only.
Tip
Jaggery burns easily. Melt it on low heat and always strain it to remove grit before adding it to the mixture.
