Mushroom With Capsicum
Mushroom, capsicum and other ingredients are combined together and cooked with tomato ketchup.
Ingredientsfor 4 servings
- 50 g Mushroom — sliced
- 2 nos Capsicum sliced, small
- 11/2 tbsp Tomato ketchup
- 1 nos Onion — chopped
- Ginger — chopped
- 2 tsp Green chilly paste
- 2 tsp Spring onions — chopped
- Chilly powder A pinch
- Pepper powder, to taste
- 1/2 tbsp Coriander leaves — chopped
- 1/2 tbsp Oil
- Salt, to taste
Preparation
Step 1
For preparing mushroom with capsicum, Heat the oil in a pan and sautT chopped onion, ginger and green chilly paste.
Step 2
Add the sliced mushroom, capsicum, pepper and salt. Stir everything together thoroughly and add chilly powder.
Step 3
Pour tomato ketchup and sautT well. Put the lid on and cook for a few minutes in low heat until done. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and spring onions.
Step 4
Mushroom with capsicum, a spicy side dish recipe for kids as well as elders, is ready.
