Mushroom Stir Fry Restaurant Style
Mushroom pieces marinated in a mixture of chilly powder, garlic, other ingredients and stir fried.
Ingredientsfor 2 servings
- 200 g Mushroom cut lengthwise
- 1 tsp Chilly powder
- 11/2 tsp Coriander powder
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 nos Tomato cut in pieces
- 3 Cloves Garlic
- Ginger A small piece
- Curry leaves, a few
- Coriander leaves, a few
- Oil, to taste
- Salt, to taste
Preparation
Step 1
For preparing mushroom stir fry, first grind together the ingredients: chilly powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, tomato, garlic, ginger and required salt to a smooth paste.
Step 2
Coat the mushroom pieces with the ground masala and marinate for 15 minutes.
Step 3
Warm the oil in a pan and stir fry the marinated mushroom pieces until done.
Step 4
Mushroom stir fry, a recipe is ready.
Tip
The final handful of curry leaves should go in right at the end, off the heat — they should crackle and crisp in the residual heat.
