Mushroom Cutlets
Mushrooms and other ingredients are added to make this healthy cutlet.
Ingredientsfor 4 servings
- 30 g Mushroom — finely chopped
- 50 g Each Carrot, beans, onion — finely chopped
- 1 piece Ginger — finely chopped
- 6-7 nos Green chilly — finely chopped
- Coriander leaves, to taste
- 1 tsp Pepper powder
- 50 g Potatoes cooked and — mashed
- 50 g Green peas cooked
- 50 g All purpose flour mixed with water to make a paste, Maida
- Bread crumbs, to taste
- Oil, to taste
- Salt, to taste
Preparation
Step 1
For preparing mushroom cutlets, fry carrot and beans in oil.
Step 2
When its half fried add mushroom and drain the water.
Step 3
Add onion, ginger and green chilly to it and fry again.
Step 4
Mix this mushroom mixture with coriander leaves, pepper powder, potatoes, green peas and salt. Make small balls out of it and press it in desired shapes.
Step 5
Dip the cutlets in maida paste and bread crumbs and fry it in oil.
Step 6
Mushroom cutlets are ready. Serve hot.

Tip
Do not overcrowd the pan — fry in small batches to maintain the oil temperature. Crowding drops the heat and gives you greasy results.
