Moong Sprouts Stir Fry
Moong sprouts are a best source of vitamins,protein and minerals.This dish is equally good for all age group people be it adult or kids.Moong sprouts stir fry is easy and quick to prapare and can be taken in breakfast ,snack also can be used as side.
Ingredientsfor 3 servings
- 200 g Moong sprout
- 5 Shallots
- 2 Green chilly
- 1 tsp Ginger Garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp Mustard
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- Curry leaves little
- 2 tbsp Oil
- Salt, to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Wash the sprouts nicely.
Step 2
Warm the oil in a pan and allow to crackle mustard seed.
Step 3
Add shallots,green chilly,ginger garlic paste and cook for 1 minute.
Step 4
Add sprouts and mix it well.
Step 5
Cover the top and let it go for 10 minutes.
Step 6
Sprout stir fry is ready to serve.
Tip
A heavy-bottomed pan or cast iron skillet gives you the best results for a proper Kerala fry. Thin pans burn the spices before the meat dries.
