Milk Kesari Easy

Ingredientsfor 4 servings
- 1 cup Semolina Do not fry the rava, Rava/Sooji
- 2 cup Milk
- 11/2 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Dalda
- 6 nos Cardamom — powdered (Elakka)
- 1 tsp Kesari powder
- 10 nos Cashewnuts
Preparation
Step 1
For preparing Milk Kesari Easy, first fry in hot oil the cashew nuts in dalda and set aside.
Step 2
Heat up a pan or a kadai.
Step 3
Add all the ingredients one by one into the vessel and cook it.
Step 4
Pour the mixture into a buttered vessel and set aside.
Step 5
Cut Milk Kesari into desired shapes.
Tip
Do not rush the onion and shallot frying. The difference between pale onions and properly browned onions is the difference between a flat dish and a flavourful one.
