Mayonnaise Burger

Ingredientsfor 3 servings
- Bun : 3 nos
- Carrot, a few — chopped
- Cabbage leaves, a few
- Cauliflower, a few
- Garlic : 6 nos
- Lemon : 1 no
- Egg : 1 no
- Sunflower oil, a few
- Chili powder, to taste
- Salt, to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Grind egg, garlic and some lemon juices together. You can also use curd instead of lemon.2) After it becomes pale yellow color, go on adding sunflower oil, and grind it till the creamy white sauce is got set.
Step 2
Mix the cauliflower with chili powder and salt and fry them in oil.
Step 3
Get a bun. Cut it into two halves. Remove some inner items of bun.

Spread some mayonnaise over the bun.

Place cabbage leaves over it and spread some mayonnaise.7) Add fried cauliflower over it and add mayonnaise.
Step 6
Next, add some more cabbage leaves and chopped carrots into it.
Step 7
Place some more mayonnaise over it.
Step 8
Fix the bun by stabbing one toothpick with one piece of cherry. Heat them in oven for some time.
Tip
Hard-boil the eggs first, then make shallow cuts on the surface before adding them to the gravy — this lets the masala flavour penetrate inside.
