- 1 nos Onion — chopped
- 1/4 cup Coriander leaves
- 4-5 nos Green chillies
- 1/2 cup Coconut pieces
- 1/2 tsp Ginger
- Soda Bicarb very little
- 1/4 cup Ghee
- Salt, to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Mix together maida, soda bi-carb, onion, coriander, chillies, coconut pieces, ginger and salt along with sufficient water.
Step 2
Heat dosa tawa and spread a ladle full of the above batter onto it.
Step 3
Spread out the batter and sprinkle ghee on top.

Tip
A well-seasoned cast iron or non-stick tawa makes all the difference. If the dosa sticks, your pan needs more seasoning or the temperature is too low.
