Lemon Juice (Modern Nadan Style)
Modern nadan lemon juice (narygna velam) made by a 15 yr old.
Ingredientsfor 1 servings
- 3 nos Lemon small
- Suagr, to taste
- 1 piece Clove
- Ice to sight
Preparation
Step 1
Put quite bit of ice in blender.
Step 2
Put water till half way of ice pell and throw the skin of the lemon and put the peeled lemons in the blender.
Step 3
Put sugar to taste.
Step 4
Put the clove.
Step 5
Blend till fine and liquidy.
Step 6
Serve in a tall glass (with a lemon wedge on side - optional).

Tip
Jaggery burns easily. Melt it on low heat and always strain it to remove grit before adding it to the mixture.
