Lady`s Finger In Coconut Milk

- 150 g Lady`s Finger chopped into big pieces, Vendakka
- 1/2 Of Coconut — grated
- 2 nos Green chillies — slit
- 1 sprig Curry leaves
- Oil, to taste
- Salt, to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Extract thick coconut milk from the grated coconut. Set aside.
Step 2
Get a frying pan and pour oil.
Step 3
Heat the oil and cook chopped lady`s finger pieces.
Step 4
Add green chillies and curry leaves. cook for some time.
Step 5
Remove from fire and add coconut milk and required salt.
Step 6
Lady`s finger in coconut milk is ready and serve hot.
