Kerala Style Vanilla Ice Cream
This mixed, the creamy smooth homemade ice cream is also termed the king of flavors. Ice creams are and will simply melt in your mouth tempting you for more and more. You will never say enough to an ice cream dish.

- 4 cup Milk
- 1 cup Milk powder
- 1/2 tsp Gelatin
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 2 tsp Cornflour
- 1 tsp Butter
- 2 - Vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
For preparing Kerala Style Vanilla Ice Cream, first boil 3 cups of milk. Set aside 1 cup of milk.
Step 2
Mix together milk powder, gelatin, sugar and cornflour in 1 cup of milk which was kept aside.
Step 3
Put this mixture into the boiled milk.
Step 4
Allow it to cool.
Step 5
Add butter and few drops of vanilla essence and keep in freezer.
Step 6
Get out after 1/2 hour and blend in the mixer.
Step 7
Keep the blended mixture back in freezer.
Step 8
After half an hour, Kerala Style Vanilla Ice Cream is ready.
Tip
Do not rush the onion and shallot frying. The difference between pale onions and properly browned onions is the difference between a flat dish and a flavourful one.
