- Ripe plantains, as needed
- 1/2 tsp Kesari color powder
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 cup Allpurpose flour Maida
- 1/2 cup Rice powder
- 11/2 cup Water
Preparation
Step 1
Mix together maida and rice powder.
Step 2
Add salt and kesari powder.
Step 3
Add water enough to make a liquid paste and Stir everything together thoroughly.
Step 4
Get pieces of plantain and dip in batter one by one.
Step 5
Fry in hot oil in oil.
