Ingredientsfor 2 servings
- 1 cup Tender coconut pulp slices
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 400 ml Frozen milk
- 1 cup Tender Coconut water
- 4 nos. Dates Remove the seeds
- 2 tsp Boost
Preparation
Step 1
Put the tender coconut pulp slices into a blender.
Step 2
Then add boost, coconut water and dates. Blend it well.
Step 3
Now add sugar and frozen milk.
Step 4
Blend it well.
Step 5
Pour into serving glasses and serve chilled. Garnish it with some boost and chopped nuts.
Tip
Good shallots are the backbone of Kerala cooking. They should be small, pink-purple, and strong-smelling. Large onions can substitute, but the flavour will be different.
