- 1 nos Ripe Nut meg shell — chopped
- 1 cup Coconut — grated
- 1 piece Ginger
- 2 nos Green chillies
- 11/2 tsp Chilly powder
- 4 nos Shallots
- Curry leaves, a few
- 2 tsp Coconut oil
- Salt, to taste
Preparation
Step 1
For preparing jathika thenga chammanthi, grind together all ingredients well.
Step 2
Do not add water.
Step 3
Make into balls and serve. Jathika thenga chammanthi is ready.
