Hot Dog
Straightforward Kerala cooking — good ingredients treated well, spiced with confidence, and served without pretence. The kind of food that tastes like someone's kitchen, not a restaurant.
Ingredientsfor 5 servings
- 10 Hot dog
- 1/2 tbsp Mustard
- 2 nos Red chilly
- 2 nos Green chilly
- Curry leaves
- 3 Or Tomato sauce
- 1 Or Garam masala
- 1 Or Pepper
- Salt, to taste
- 3 Or Oil
Preparation
Step 1
Cook hotdogs in water for 15 to 25 minutes.
Step 2
Remove the hotdogs from water and cut them into small pieces( not too small ) and keep them aside.
Step 3
Warm the oil in a pan.
Step 4
Add mustard followed by other ingredients except salt and hotdogs.
Step 5
After 1 or 2 secs, add hotdogs and salt. Stir everything together thoroughly.
Tip
