Hot Chicken Fry Easy
Pan-fried until the edges go dark and crispy, this chicken fry is the kind of dish you eat standing in the kitchen before it ever reaches the table. Dry-roasted with spices and finished with a fistful of curry leaves.
Ingredientsfor 4 servings
- 6 large Chicken
- 1 large Soya sauce
- 1 cup Green chillies
- 1 tbsp Ginger
- 1 tbsp Garlic
- 1 nos Onion big
- 3 nos Tomato
- Salt, to taste
- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
Preparation
Step 1
Marinate the chicken pieces in salt and soya sauce for haif an hour.
Step 2
Pressure cook the marinated chicken.
Step 3
Pour oil into a pan and heat it.
Step 4
Cook onion, ginger and garlic.
Step 5
Add the cooked chicken along with sauce.
Step 6
Add slit green chillies.
Step 7
Cook till water evaporates.
Step 8
Finally, add tomatoes and Let it cook for 2 minutes and turn off fire.
Tip
Marinate for at least 30 minutes if you can — the spices penetrate deeper and the chicken stays juicier.
