Homemade Strawberry Pudding

Ingredientsfor 6 servings
- Strawberry
- 500 ml Milk
- 5 g China grass — soak in 1/4 cup water for 15 minutes
- 200 g Condensed milk
- 4 tbsp Sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Boil the milk with sugar and condensed milk.
Step 2
Get a blender add cleaned strawberries and blend it.
Step 3
To that add 2 tbsp sugar and Stir everything together thoroughly.set aside.
Step 4
Melt the soaked china grass through double boiling method.
Step 5
Pour it to boiling milk,mixsalt well and take it off the heat.
Step 6
Pour the strawberry puree into milk mixture.
Step 7
Stir everything together thoroughly and convert into a serving plate or bowl.refrigerate it for 2 hours.
Step 8
Garnish it with sliced strawberries and serve.
Tip
Let the dish rest for a few minutes after cooking. Flavours settle and meld during this time, and the texture often improves.
