Homemade Sharjah Shake | Sharjah Banana Milk Shaker
A refreshing drink that cools you down on a hot Kerala afternoon. Made with fresh ingredients and served chilled, it is the kind of thing you keep refilling without realising.

- 250 ml Milk Frozen
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 2 nos Banana
- 5 nos Cashew nuts
- 2 tsp Boost Any kind of malt powder of your choice
Preparation
Step 1
Boil, chill and freeze the milk. Semi frozen milk is fine too. To a blender jar, add ripe bananas and frozen milk.
Step 2
Next, add sugar, boost and cashew nuts. Blend until smooth and frothy.
Step 3
Serve chilled immediately. Garnish with some malt powders.
