Green Pees Curuma

- Coconut 1/4 (muri — shredded
- Carrot 1(small
- Potato 1(small
- Onion 1
- Chilly 4
- Ginger 1/2 teespoon
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Turmeric pdr 1/2 teespoon
- Chilly pdr 1/2 teespoon
- 1/2 teespoon (Perumjeerakam)
- Patta 1 small piece
- Pepper 5 no
- Oil 2 tablespoon
- Mustard 1 teespoon
- Curryleaves
Preparation
Step 1
Soak pees in water for 6hrs 2. Cook pees with carrot,potato, onion,ginger,garlic,chilly,chilly pdr,turmeric pdr and required salt in a cooker for 10 minutes. 3.grind coconut with patta,perumjeera and pepper 4.add the mix into the cooked green pees and let it bubble for 1 minute 5.Heat the oil in a pan add mustard and curryleaves pour this into the curry for seasoning.
Tip
Fresh curry leaves make a genuine difference. Dried curry leaves are a poor substitute — if you cannot get fresh ones, increase the quantity and fry them longer.
