Green Peas Egg Burgi

- 3 nos Egg
- 4 nos Green chilly
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/4 cup Green peas
Preparation
Step 1
Set a kadai over medium heat and pour in the oil and add mustard and onion fry for 2 minutes until it becomes translucent.
Step 2
Add green chillies to this and fry for a minute.
Step 3
Add green to this and stir for a minute.
Step 4
Add the beaten eggs and allow to firm a bit.
Step 5
Add turmeric powder,coriander powder and salt to this and Let it cook for 2 minutes.
Step 6
Stir vigorously to break the egg into small pieces.
Step 7
Stir everything together thoroughly with all ingredients and Let it cook for 2 minutes.
Step 8
Now Green peas egg burgy is ready.Serve with coriander leaves.
Tip
Frying the boiled eggs briefly before adding to the curry gives them a golden skin that holds up better in the gravy.
