Fruit Salad With Ice Cream
A fresh, crunchy side that adds a cool contrast to the spiced dishes on a Kerala meal plate. Light seasoning, fresh ingredients, and a simplicity that lets each component speak for itself.
Ingredientsfor 5 servings
- 1 litre Milk
- 1 Nazzhi Sugar
- 1 Hand Maida
- 1/2 Spoon Vanila essence
- 2 nos Red apple big
- 1/2 Of Pineapple medium
- 250 g Blue grapes
- 1 large Ripe banana — cut into small pieces, ettha pazham
- Red cherries which is available in packet with sugar syrup — optional
Preparation
Step 1
Boil milk in a vessel.
Step 2
Add sugar and maida and stir it continuously for 8 - 10 minutes again.
Step 3
Keep the milk to cool under the fan for about 30 minutes.
Step 4
Add vanila essence.
Step 5
When it becomes cold, grind all the ingredients in the mixie for about 5 minutes.
Step 6
Get the mixture from the mixer bowl into another bowl.
Step 7
Add all chopped fruits.
Step 8
Stir them well in the milk.
Step 9
Refrigerate (CHILL) it for minimum 4 hrs.
Step 10
No need to add egg. :- Go and try it and please let me know whether it was good. :- This can be served for atleast 15 people in 15 ice cream bowl. Try it :- Its a very simple and delicious dessert.U dont need to add any other ingredients. No artifical flavours or custard needed. Its Healthy too.
