Fresh Veggie Salad
Lettuce, tomato, cucumber, olive oil and other ingredients are tossed and combined together.

- 1 cup Lettuce — chopped
- 1/2 cup Tomato — chopped
- 1/2 cup Cucumber — chopped
- 1/2 tbsp Onion — sliced
- 1/2 tbsp Capsicum — chopped
- 1/2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 1/2 tbsp Mint leaves — chopped
- 1 tsp Vinegar
- Pepper powder A pinch
- Salt, to taste
- 1/2 cup Yogurt
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 Cloves Garlic
Preparation
Step 1
For preparing fresh veggie salad, mix together lettuce, tomato, cucumber, onion and capsicum in a mixing bowl. Set aside.
Step 2
Prepare a mixture by blending together garlic, mayonnaise, yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.
Step 3
Pour this mixture into the veggie salad and toss gently. Garnish with chopped mint leaves.
