Ingredientsfor 4 servings
- 1 Potato
- 1 Tomato
- 1 Onion
- 3 Beans
- Ginger small piece
- Garlic half clove
- 1 cup Coconut milk
- 1/2 tsp Pepper powder
- 2 Dry red chilly
- 1/2 tsp Mustard
- 2 tbsp Oil
- Coriander leaves little
- Garam masala pinch
- Salt, to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Prep all your vegetables — wash, peel, and chop them before you start cooking.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a cooker and allow to crackle mustard seed init.Add dry red chilly,all veggies and salt.
Step 3
Add 2 cup water and cook for 2 whistle.
Step 4
Add coconut milk,garam masala,coriander leaves and pepper powder.cook it again for 2 minutes.
Step 5
Serve while still hot with chappatis.
Tip
Let the curry rest for at least 15 minutes after cooking — the flavours deepen as it sits. Reheated curry almost always tastes better than fresh.
